Our facility is located on the south side of Yavapai Drive, close to Bashas' Supermarket and Oak Creek Brewing Co, serving the communities of Sedona, Camp Verde, Clarkdale, Village of Oak Creek, Cornville, Lake Montezuma, and Cottonwood, Arizona. We’re just off Highway 89A, so come by and visit us!
Driving Directions
From downtown Sedona, AZ:
- Head south on N State Rte 89A toward Forest Rd
- At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto AZ-89A
- At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on AZ-89A
- In 1.9 miles, turn right onto Coffee Pot Dr
- Pass by BMO Harris Bank (on the left)
- Turn left onto Yavapai Dr
- Sedona Self Storage will be on the left
From Camp Verde, AZ:
- Head north on S Main St toward E Hollamon St
- Turn right onto Pecan Ln
- Continue onto S Montezuma Castle Hwy
- Slight left onto Montezuma Castle Hwy
- Continue onto N Montazuma Castle Way
- Continue onto N Montezuma Castle Way
- In 1.6 miles, continue onto W Middle Verde Rd
- At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on W Middle Verde Rd
- At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto the I-17 N ramp
- Merge onto I-17 N
- In 2.8 miles, take exit 293 toward McGuireville/Montezuma Well
- Turn left onto County Rd 30/County Rd 77 (signs for Yavapai County 30)
- Continue to follow County Rd 30
- In 8.1 miles, turn right onto S Page Springs Rd
- In 7.3 miles, turn right onto AZ-89A N
- In 9.3 miles, turn left onto Coffee Pot Dr
